Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

TaskBar Fantasy is made and run by NANUQ Co., Ltd., 32 Soi Phahonyothin 24, Yaek 2-1, Chom Phon, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900, Thailand. NANUQ is the data controller for the data described here.

2. Your game account

Signing in with Google

To play, you create an account by signing in with Google in the game. Google shares your email address with us, together with a unique ID that tells us it is the same Google account the next time you sign in. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not ask Google for your name, profile picture, contacts or anything else.

What the game keeps

• Your game data: your heroes, items, cards, progress, settings and in-game currency, saved on our servers.
• Play records: the stages you clear and the results of your fights. The server checks these to keep the game fair and to stop cheating.
• Market activity: the items you list, buy and sell on the TaskBar Fantasy Market, with the price and the time of each trade. Other players can see your listings and the name you use in the game, never your email address.
• Technical data: your game version, device and operating system, and the time and IP address of each connection, used to run the service, fix problems and protect accounts.

3. The website

If you accept analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. With your consent it collects:

• the pages you view and how long you stay;
• how you reached the site, such as a search engine or a link on another site;
• your approximate location (country and city), worked out from your IP address. Google Analytics does not store the IP address itself;
• your device type, browser, operating system, screen size and language;
• what you do on the site: which music tracks you play, finish or share, which jobs you view, and when you follow the Discord or wiki links.

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. They hold a random identifier, not your name or email address. The website does not link this data to your game account.

If you do not accept

No analytics cookies are set. The site still sends Google Analytics a limited, cookieless signal that a page was viewed, which Google uses to estimate visitor numbers without identifying you.

Always

• Your cookie choice. We remember whether you pressed Accept or No thanks in your browser's local storage, so we do not ask on every page.
• Server logs. When your browser asks for a page, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and the page requested. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure.

4. Cookies and storage on the website

We do not use advertising cookies, and the site does not let Google use your data for ads.

5. Why we use it

• To give you the game: your account, your saved progress and the Market. We need this to provide the service you sign up for.
• To keep the game fair and secure: checking play records, preventing cheating and fraud, and protecting accounts. We rely on our legitimate interest in a fair game and a safe Market.
• To support you when you contact us about your account.
• To improve the website, such as learning which pages and tracks people enjoy. We do this only with your consent.
• To meet legal duties, for example keeping records the law requires.

We will not send you marketing email unless you have agreed to receive it.

6. Who processes it

We use trusted service providers to run TaskBar Fantasy, and they process data only on our instructions:

• Google provides Sign in with Google, Google Analytics and Firebase Hosting. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Cloud hosting providers run our game servers and store the game data in section 2.

These providers may process data on servers outside Thailand, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on their data protection terms and safeguards that the PDPA allows.

The Discord button takes you to Discord's own service. What Discord collects is covered by Discord's privacy policy, not this one.

We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone. We may share data if the law requires it, or to protect players and the game from fraud or abuse.

7. How long we keep it

• Game account and game data: for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it, except records we must keep by law, such as records of Market trades.
• Play records and technical data: only as long as needed to run the game, investigate problems and stop cheating.
• Website analytics: no longer than 14 months in Google Analytics, then deleted automatically. Our reports contain only totals.

8. Your choices

You can change your website cookie choice at any time. If you withdraw consent, we stop collecting analytics data from your browser and remove the analytics cookies this site set.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and you can remove TaskBar Fantasy's access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings.

9. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• withdraw your consent at any time;
• ask for access to, or a copy of, your personal data;
• ask us to correct it, or to delete your account and its data;
• ask us to restrict or stop using your data, or object to its use;
• ask for your data in a portable format where the law allows;
• complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.

To use these rights, email us from the address you sign in with, so we can find your account. We reply within 30 days.

10. Children

If you are under 20, the age of legal majority in Thailand, please ask a parent or guardian before creating an account. If you believe a child has given us personal data without the consent the law requires, contact us and we will delete it.

We will update this page when TaskBar Fantasy starts collecting anything new, and tell you in the game before an important change takes effect. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
